Sleep/Focus can hide ordinary alerts. To let urgent reminders through, allow Time Sensitive Notifications for Pill Monitor in iPhone Settings and in your Focus settings. This does not override Silent mode.

Saved timing applies to upcoming doses, even when their activity window has opened. Past and completed doses keep their history.

While this is on, handling is recorded as Refill and does not count as a dose. Alerts remain on. Turn it off when finished.

Pause monitoring and alerts

Stops dose detection and future alerts until resumed. Connection status still updates. Changes save automatically.

People and support

People can have multiple roles. Owners manage this organizer and access; medication takers can record/correct doses; support people receive delayed reminders. Choose the first reminder recipient in Profile & schedule.
